Lacteeze tablets and caplets do not need to be refrigerated. They should be stored in a cool, dry location below 25 degrees Celcius. Excess heat may reduce the effectiveness of Lacteeze tablets and caplets so do not allow the product to be heated above 30 degrees Celcius. Equally, freezing the product will destroy the enzymes.

Lacteeze Drops do not need to be refrigerated prior to opening, Once open, they should be refrigerated and used within three months.

Please read the expiry date on the product carton as the enzymes may become less effective after this date.

It will not hurt you to take Lacteeze after the expiry date, but the product will lose effectiveness after that date. In order to avoid the unpleasant symptoms of lactose intolerance, we recommend you throw out any packets of Lacteeze that have gone past their expiry date.

Yes, all Lacteeze products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Lacteeze is not a supplement that needs to be taken daily. Simply take Lacteeze just before consuming dairy to ensure you have enough lactase enzymes to digest that meal. So some people may take Lacteeze several times a day, while others may only eat dairy occasionally.

The recommended maximum dose per day is 12 tablets (or caplets) of Lacteeze. However, as Lacteeze contains no drugs and the lactase enzyme is not absorbed by the body it is perfectly safe to use Lacteeze whenever you need it.
