Ingredients
• Banana
• Eggs
• Rolled oats
• Milk
• Peanut butter
• Cinnamon
• Optional: Top with fruit (I used blueberries)
Tip for sensitive tummies: if your baby is sensitive to lactose, you can add lacteeze.au Infant Drops to the milk the day before to remove the lactose before baking.
Simple pantry ingredients baked into a soft slice that’s great for snack time.

Sensitive Tummy Custard Bowl 🤍 (6–8 months+)

If your little one has a sensitive tummy and doesn’t do well with dairy, this ones for you! 👇🏼 Soft, gentle and super simple - perfect for starting solids.
Ingredients:
• Egg
• Milk
• lacteeze.au Infant Drops
• Mashed banana or stewed apple
For this recipe I used milk that I converted the day before using Lacteeze Infant Drops. The drops remove the lactose from the milk, making it easier to digest for sensitive little tummies.
You simply add 4 drops to 1 litre of milk, mix well and let it set overnight.
Remember: milk shouldn’t replace breastmilk or formula under 12 months, but small amounts used in cooking like this are completely fine 🤍
